Thermocopy was proud to be a major sponsor of the 2015 Russell Biven Summer Clayfest Tournament, presented by Cherokee Distributing Company in memory of Herb Ogle. It was the 22nd tournament hosted by the Helen Ross McNabb Center, a premier, not-for-profit provider of behavioral health care in East Tennessee. This year’s tournament was held on August 7th & 8th at Chilhoweee Sportsman’s Club, located in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains.
Thermocopy fielded three teams in the tournament, with Thermocopy Team 2 netting a 1st place on course B and service technician extraordinaire, Johnathan Tilley, taking 3rd place individual honors. Throughout the tournament, WBIR’s Russell Biven spent the day visiting with participants and partaking in the day’s activities. Jane Haney, Thermocopy major account representative, volunteered to help make the event a success. Fun was had by all!
Proceeds of the tournament will enable the Helen Ross McNabb Center to continue their mission of improving the lives of the people they serve; helping children, adults and families with addiction, mental illness and social challenges.
To our community, we commit to invest money and manpower to achieve civic goals!
